Amethyst Dirt was added for the amethyst biome. It generates underneath the amethyst crust, like normal dirt does. Upon mining it, it will drop some amethyst grit instead of itself. This grit is used to make the aesthetics blocks. The block has a purple color to it, and instead of using the normal dirt texture design actually uses the nether wart block from 1.10 minecraft.
Obtaining
Natural generation
This block naturally generates in the amethyst lands biome.
Usage
None, but the amethyst grit it drops is used in recipes.
